Application
Radar level transmitter is used by microwave pulse measurement method within normal industrial frequency band range with low beam energy, where can be installed in the metal, non-metal vessel or pipeline and non-contact continuous measurement for liquid, slurry, granule. It is applicable for dust, temperature, great changes on pressure, inert gas and steam. It is harmless to human body and environment, not affected by medium gravity, dielectric constant changes, no need for field correction. It is economic, practical and good choice for industry demands.

Radar level transmitter
26G high frequency intelligent radar level transmitter differs from 6G intelligent radar level transmitter on transmission frequency. The radar wave travels at speed of light, the running time can be converted into level signal by electronic component. Some specific time stretch method can ensure its reliable and accurate measurement in the shortest time. Even if there is fake reflection, the leading-edge technology and software can accurately analyze the level echo. The topless distance value is converted into directly proportional level signal through input vessel dimension. The instrument can debug in empty silo. K-frequency band can be used in solid measurement. The installation matter in stock bin or adherence matter in silo wall can not be affected due to very good focus of signal.
Guided wave radar level transmitter
Microwave pulse of guided wave radar level transmitter operates along with a cable, rod, or stick concentric tube, in contact with measured medium and microwave pulse is reflected and received by the electronic components and its running time is analyzed and calculated. The level echo is identified by microprocessor which convert into level signal after analysis and calculation. It can not be adjusted without material to save lot of fees on debugging due to its simple measurement principle. Cable or rod can be cut to measure for more suitable field application. Measurement precision can not be affected in insensitive steam, strong smog, noise, steam. The measurement precision can not affected by changes on density or dielectric constant of measured medium. There is no problem on adherence, the measurement result can not be affected by adherence medium in measured probe or vessel wall. if concentric tube type measurement is used in vessel installation matter, free from installation matter, no need for special debugging. A different probe is used in different application: cable type is used liquid medium or light weight with measuring range up to 70m; rod type is used to measure liquid medium or light weight solid medium with measuring range up to 70m; concentric tube is used to measure low viscosity medium, free from range condition with measuring range up to 70m.
