Ⅰ、product description

80GHz frequency modulated continuous wave radar object/level gauge series products adopt frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology. The antenna emits a high-frequency FM radar signal, and the frequency of the radar signal increases linearly. The transmitted radar signal is received by the same antenna after being reflected by the measured medium. At the same moment, the frequency difference between the transmitted signal frequency and the received signal frequency is proportional to the measured distance. The collected frequency difference signal is subjected to Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to obtain the frequency spectrum of the reflected echo, and the distance of the target to be measured is calculated from this.

DDCRD1000B only needs 80ms to complete a complete measurement and calculation process for a distance of 100m. This allows the system to have more time and resources to deal with various things in the meter level application, such as: probability,evaluation/prediction/credibility ,analysis/input/output/communication, etc.

Ⅱ、Application characteristics

The 80GHz frequency modulation radar level gauge is especially suitable for high temperature, high pressure or high dust, and multiple mixing spaces. It meets many measurement requirements that require a large range and high precision.

The working frequency of DCRD1000B product has electromagnetic characteristics in the terahertz band, which makes it have characteristics that other measurement radar products do not have. For example, it has the ability to penetrate non-polar materials (like ray properties), and it has strong adhesion In the dusty industrial environment, it has ideal measurement stability and environmental resistance to interference, and does not require any blowing device. This product also has a very small antenna beam angle and a strong adaptive automatic gain function, in most cases it does not need to use the sight configuration. This makes the installation requirements of this product in the field very simple and economical, and the commissioning is also fast.
