High-frequency non-contact radar level sensor/meter/gauge/transmitter was successfully applied to Xinjiang Chaoyuan Chemical White Oil and Asphalt Project

The location of Xinjiang Chaoyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.'s annual output of 300,000 tons of industrial white oil and 1 million tons of road asphalt project is located in the petrochemical industrial park of Hutubi County, 9km southeast of Hutubi, Shilidian Town. This project is a petrochemical project, using a complete set of technology for processing and processing heavy raw oil. The total investment of the project is 489.7 million yuan. The planned production lines include: feedstock oil pretreatment unit 1.8 million t/a, natural gas hydrogen production unit 300,000Nm3h, high-pressure hydrogenation unit 300,000 t/a, and an annual output of 1 million t/a road asphalt after completion. a. 300,000 t/a of industrial white oil, 384,000 t/a of rubber extender oil, and 150,000 t/a of solvent oil.

The high-frequency non-contact radar level sensor/meter/gauge/transmitter of Xi’an Dechuang Electric Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully applied in this project to monitor the level changes of white oil and asphalt storage tanks in real time, providing more convenient services for intelligent production.
